It’s really easy to use and has all the features that you could want from it. The free support at the beginning of the subscription is really useful to help you tailor the functions to suit your needs. I have been using it for a few months now and it feels like I’ve been using it forever, it has just become routine.
Easily transitioned from a non CRM business to a CRM business with tutorcruncher. Their Auto invoicing, lesson tracking and finance handling in particular has saved me time and effort, allowing me to only worry about scaling up.
The analytics side of TC is very limited, or at least, far from being straightforward. For example, how can I see the actual number of clients in a year? The categorization of services by subject is also limited, as it is not customizable (all customized subjects must fall within label "other"). From the accounting point of view, the switch from Stripe to Stripe Express caused additional work on the side of the user.
