TutorCruncher is an excellent platform for managing tutors and clients. It makes lesson logging and invoicing simple, clear, and efficient, while keeping everything organised in one place. Easy to use and highly professional – it saves time and lets us focus on supporting students.
I would highly recommend TutorCruncher. Prior to using the platform, far too much valuable time was spent on admin tasks and as the organisation grew, so too did the amount of time wasted. TutorCruncher was designed with tutors and tuition agencies in mind - they strive to keep improving and adjusting to the needs of the market. TutorCruncher is a great platform and well worth consideration. I moved FoL English (folenglish.com) from Acquity to TC, as this allowed me to scale in a way that Acquity could not. It's great that students and teachers can create accounts as well as affiliates and admins. The features TC offers are great (although they do take some getting used to - tip: be sure to utilise the written guides). In terms of negatives, the system was clearly built with teaching children in mind - which isn't our business model - so it is slightly fiddly in that you have to manually set each 'client' to also be a 'student', which is a little annoying.
