Review Time
Work carried out in the week 22nd October. Some pieces did not fit or were damaged. We were told the new items would be ordered immediately. We are still waiting for them to be fitted . We have phoned several times but no one phones back. We have text James , with no response. What else can we do !!! We have a twenty year guarantee and this is not being honoured. Very disappointed and running out of patience.Kevin and Margaret Crozier
It's now been over 4 months since TWC started my extension and its still not finished due to poor workmanship, poor communication and just not caring about the general public that are actually paying. They always have an excuse which is unjustified and have an habit of turning on the customer. They are unprofessional from design, workmanship, time, communication and common courtesy to there buyers.
Shoddy workmanship, ill fitting windows, measured wrong on 3 occasions, scratched windows, rubber seals falling off when fitted. Most windows have no sealant, shocking service temporary doors fitted. It’s October, this has been an ongoing saga since August. Do not use this cowboy company, use someone that actually knows what they are doing.
I have just received an unwanted phone call from this company's sales team.Many years ago I made the mistake of having some work done by them. It was very expensive, and of such poor quality that I have had to have it entirely re-done. The workmen left a mess of scaffolding poles in my back yard and a neighbouring car park, and had to be repeatedly nagged to remove most of them. They continued to be a nuisance with pushy sales people contacting me at intervals, and also pestering my neighbours. I instructed them never to contact me again, and to delete my data from their systems. Clearly they have not done so, despite their assurance that they would.
Your engineer carried out the installation of the two new exterior doors with little incursion into our daily lives. He was fast, efficient and friendly. He cleaned up all the mess made in doing the job. When finished the transformation to out house was immense. With many thanks to TWC.
Excellent service throughout and Valdi fitted my replacement window with care, precision and cleaned up afterwards….. wouldn’t have known he’d been there apart from the beautiful new window! Keep up the good work and thank you to the whole team at TWC! 😃
