Twilio best to be known as Suspension Service Provider

I opened a new account on Twilio. Upgraded and again account suspended. Provided them answers what they asked and they approved the account. I opened account on 17/May/2024. They suspended the account again on 21/May/2024 and asked same questions over and over again. They even can't approve the Trust hub profile in 5 days, even after upgrading support plan for $250/month minimum, even opening several tickets and chatting to their support, but they do know only to suspend over and over again. They only know to destroy your business. If you want to destroy your business, use their services, they will make it a nightmare for you by keep suspending your account.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. If i have more words then Worst, i will use that. You open an account, they give you trial account. You upgrade, then immediately suspend the account and begin to ask questions. After they approve the account. Then they even, suspend your running account. They suspended my account after a month and they ask same questions over and over again. Why to suspend the running account for asking questions? They suspended my running account and give me thousand dollars loss. I lost my customers trust and lost the business because of their over and over doing of account suspension for no reason. They even do with you. Will suspend your running account and they will do over multiple times. Save yourself and don't get fooled and annoyed from them.

Abominable service

Abominable service. Can't set up double authentication. Can't log in half the time. Not working with Ukrainian phone numbers most of the time. I can fricking work from Ukraine during air raid alerts, and they can't send an SMS?Support NOT THERE, non existing, not replying.

The worst service you will find

The worst service you can find. Absolutely useless and careless support. Incredibly expensive. Poor deliverability.We used sendgrid for years - its ok for APIs but the web interface is absolutely horrendous and has gotten worse since merge with Twilio. Id advise to stay far far far away!!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Phone extensions are not working. Tried reaching out to tech support and it takes a week to go back and forth when it could be a 10min fix. Extremely frustrating platform to use.

This is just ridicilous

This is just ridicilous, I’m a developer just trying to build some services. My account gets suspended 3 times a month, for absolutely no reason. Than I got to answer the same questions all over again and wait for days for my account to be activated again.Be smart and don’t use this platform, doesn’t add any real value to your product and is terribly unreliable.

Twilio steals credits from you if you…

Twilio steals credits from you if you downgrade in a month even if you already paid for the credits in your account. Then they claim to give you a credit/refund. They don't. To get your credits restored, you essentially have to pay double and I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve this. This has happened multiple times.
