Spam calls. Have received many, none of which I have answered - check it online and frequently it comes up to be them. Supposedly from Sunderland today, so often comes up as different areas of the UK or Republic of Ireland. Nowadays people from the other side of the world can buy these numbers. Reasons such as this I refuse to answer unless I know who is calling me, or am expecting a call from GP so know phone number will not show. I block the numbers on my iPhone:

This was definitely the strangest experience I've ever had. I signed up and got banned before I even began. When I reached out to customer support, they asked what I needed. I provided a letter with all my company's details, explaining that as a new marketing agency, I wanted to test their services. Instead of help, they just sold me a US number and restricted my cards. My company is US-based and has been transparent with no issues working with any software company until now. Yet, they simply said they're sorry but can't work with me, without giving any explanation.
