This company is skimming. They are a fraud. Buyers beware and use another company. I was able to conclusively prove this. How it works because they charge such a low dollar fee they will start skimming from your first deposit. Then if you lower your deposit amount you will see it because they don’t have it set up to skim on a 10 scale of numbers it’s done on a percentage basis. That’s why they never let any users deposit less than 20$. You won’t miss 3-4$ on 20$ but on 10$ it’s noticeable. They are literally a complex algorithmic mathematical scam based on text messaging.
Unfotunitly I need to add to the SCAM breach emailI was sent an email that my account had been breached and that it was suspended, I rerviewed the logs and the only access made on my account was by a Twilio Admin that changed my account statusIn the resolution instructions they want me to provide them with what happened and how I intent to resolve itI think it's astonishing that a company would add a backdoor into their software breach it using the backdoor then make the customers explain it
I attempted to work with this company. They have failed to provide advertised service. In summary:1. We made an appointment to pay more money and purchase additional services. The person with whom I made the appointment was not professional and kept saying AXE instead of ASK. He scheduled me for a time and date, but never sent any calendar invite, and nobody contacted me on the appointment date/time. I was unable to schedule a follow up appointment, they replied with irrelevant comments and closed the ticket.2. They advertise a 1 day response time, multiple tickets I have created received no reply to my inquiry and were closed.3. They suspended the account without explaining why. I attempted to find out why but no reply was given. Only copy-paste robotic replies.In summary, trying to work with this company is less effective than having a conversation with a wall. It is impossible to contact anyone competent.
Absolutely the worst customer service I think I've experienced in a while. There is no customer support number so you're forced to write a ticket to attain any help. Which I did. Twilio has been charging me for months for services they DID NOT PROVIDE ME after THEY DENIED my application because I provide credit repair services. The rep. Alex Monsalvo answered my ticket and went in circles over and over again asking me for information I had already provided him. I made it clear I wanted a refund for all the charges I wasn't provided services for since Twilio denied my application. He asked me for the dates 3 times, then proceeded to tell me they'll provide me a refund for the amount left in my account once I closed my account. That's great but what about all of the payments I already made and wasn't provided services. I wanted a refund for all of it. He then asked me for which dates, and then asked me for screenshots. Then once again asked me for the dates and then again the screenshots. After I wrote an email pointing out that if he doesn't help me that I will be contacting the FTC and the BBB, he FINALLY responded and said HE LOOKED INTO MY BILLING HISTORY and will send the ticket to the billing team! IN OTHER WORDS HE DIDNT NEED ANY OF THE INFORMATION HE ASKED ME TO PROVIDE OVER AND OVER. HE WAS ABLE TO ACCESS IT FROM THE BEGINNING. THIS MEANS HE KNEW HE WAS SUPPOSE TO REFER ME TO THE BILLING TEAM BUT YET PROCEEDED TO RIDE ME AROUND IN CIRCLES!!
There was little to no promptness from their support team when I contacted them about the pricing on the shortcode option, for which they sent emails requesting data and a price list. I filled out the form and sent it back with the query whether the pricing is the same for everyone or it is customisable for individuals use case. And they went forward with the transaction and charged me without explaining the pricing. And their prices are completely outrageous when compared to other service providers.
