Review Time
I've used this service for years and have always enjoyed it, that is until today. Today was the first time I ever had to deal with Typeform's customer service, and let me tell you, it's about as bad as it gets. From simple incompetence like dropping me from the chat, to making me wait several days to fix a simple billing issue that resulted from an error on Typeform's end, to just not being friendly or courteous, this was about the worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.Obviously this is not a company that values its customers, and that's a shame because their software is really cool.
Typeform is a great tool and has made a lot of progress. It still doesn't allow to customize some aspects like fonts type and font size, but the tool really works.If you want to create fluid and visually appealing forms, surveys, etc, Typeform is definitely your best option.
Best UX for a survey -- both for the person creating the survey as well as the person taking the survey. While the design and functionality is intentionally minimal, I find that it's actually more robust than I need, without getting in the way. I'm able to get surveys created and published in minutes. I get the data I need and users have a frictionless experience. I love TypeForm.
I love the flexibility that Typeform gives me. I'm mostly a solopreneur so being able to use Typeform for most of my tech saves me money. I use forms as registration for my session-based crafting business and collect payments. There are just a few things that could use improvement to make it even more effective for me: - When duplicating a form, copy ALL of the attributes, not just some of them- The ability to decrement "seats" based on form selections and not just overall completionsOverall I am happy I found this tool and it is great for an early-stage business like mine.
This is a great tool to make data collection more manageable and just more fun all around! You can custom design your forms to fit our organization and they look really good too. I've been using it for about 5 years now and it has yet to disappoint. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to a few organizational features that I would like to see added, not due to its value or functionality.
