A little bit hard to navigate, but once you do, Typeform is very helpful in shortcutting questions to others to make quizzes and surveys. You can use keys to answer instead of your cursor if you prefer, use a progress bar, use pictures, use a calculator, and set a theme and font.
Typeform has been an incredible asset to my company. It has helped me gain powerful insights about my customers and how I can help serve them better. The easy to use drag and drop interface with logic jump functionality has taken conversational surveys to the next level. I highly recommend Typeform to clients and colleagues every chance I get because it's that good.
Typeform was neither easy or difficult to use, I struggled at first then was able to quickly send out my group message. Messages were received and data was collected. The data display was unremarkable as well. Typeform proved and adequate alternative to SurveyMonkey. I recommend everyone try Typeform, as a new company they will be improving so I will definitely give them another try.
Typeform makes surveys something that you actually want to fill out. They have templates for fun backgrounds & the font is large, which draws in respondents' attention. I think the best thing about Typeform from a respondent perspective is the fact that you can fill out the entire survey without even using your computer mouse. It makes the entire process go that much faster, which encourages people to actually stay and complete the survey - and isn't that what all surveyors want? My only complaint is that I'm not able to export my data (at least in the free version) straight to an Excel document. But you can export it to Google Sheets, so it's not really a problem at all.
Typeform is an easy to use platform which makes it simple to create forms for your business. We used it for a couple of months to collect information from our clients for implementation purposes. It is very customizable, especially when you upgrade to the paid tier. We were easily able to integrate it with other parts of our ecosystem with no issue.
Typeform has allowed me to survey online faculty member in a monthly newsletter. I have received great insight and data that my team is not able to receive during training and coaching sessions.I really appreciate the different types of questions that are available for use and different ways to receive answers and data. Typeform is very easy to use and allows for creation of surveys and questions.
