Avoid, orderd 2 Bridgestone tyres on the 14th of March, I was told that they were shipped on the 18th of March and could take up to 5 days which was fine.The tyres come from Germany which is not clear on the website and after calling numerous amount of times on different occasions asking when the tyres were due for delivery I had cancel the order on the 9th of April due to them taking to long. I am still awaiting a refund nearly 10 days on. Shocking service and a shocking company they lie to you, tell you that the tyres will be there tomorrow 100% and when they don’t turn up I called them to ask them where they are and was told by somebody else that they are stuck at customs. Nobody seams to know what they are doing and are a complete waste of time.
Ordered 1 month ago and still no tyres. Similar experience to other reviewers with no clear picture of where the tyres are between DPD and Tyre Guru. They appear UK based and state delivery usually with 2-4 days which is completely misleading. Lack of communication, not replying to emails etc. Phoned and got stuck in a queue, selected call back but not received. Hung on another day, they said they would send me an update which then never arrived.I suspect some of the issue is DPD however Tyre Guru should be managing this relationship and keeping the customer updated.Wish I paid by Credit Card instead of PayPal as now going though a PayPal claim. Also a lesson not to use PayPal as your consumer protection is less then what you get paying by Credit Card.Just a warning they operate a few other Tyre sites in addition to Tyru Guru but essentially are the same company.
Ordered on the 15th of March (it’s now the 7th of April) and tyres have still not been delivered. Tracking information provided was useless, DPD app on my phone says they are waiting to collect the parcel. Tracking info from Tyre-Guru tracking info provided states tyres have been delivered.......but somewhere in Germany.Rang them and they blame DPD but I suspect the tyres have never been shipped. I wish I had never ordered the tyres from Tyre-Guru and am beginning to suspect it is a scam, paid for them on credit card so I should be able to get my money back.On the 13th of April I received my refund so I have given them another star as they seem financially honourable and not a scam as I suspected. If you read old reviews they seemed very good so I don’t know where the business has gone wrong but I suspect Brexit.
Wish I had read these reviews before wasting time ordering tyres from this company. They don't tell you on their website that the company (.co.uk) is based on the Continent. Lengthy delays in delivery seem the norm. And really poor communications. I have cancelled my order and hope to obtain a refund eventually.
Ordered tyres on 3rd March, website stated availability 2-4 days, shipped 14 days later on the 17th March then when managed to track order they were stuck in customs (shipped from Germany). No mention when ordering they weren't UK based. Eventually arrived on the 30th March.
Ordered the tyres on the 16th with an expected delivery time of 2-4 days... However The tyres have still not arrived and "Stuck" in customs in Germany. After contacting Tyres guru multiple times, I have been provided with conflicting information. However, it is now clear the tyres are being held in customs due to "Brexit"This was never communicated and I still don't have an expected delivery date.Happy to update review if @TyresGuru can provide me with a accurate delivery date
