bought 4 all weather tyres from them, ordered on 25th of august arrived 9th September, but was not in a rush they explained the hold up at the docks, a little thing called brexit and a crap government is causing them, problems like many other suppliers are suffering as well, they did bloody well considering and were very helpful from day one, the particular tyre you cant get in the uk tyre companies have given up trying to import them.
My only criticism is the same as many others written on here, delivery times are shocking. I'd use this company time and again had it not been for their delivery schedule. Amazon can get products to your door within hours, why does it take you guys almost 2 weeks? As a result I'll probably be buying elsewhere in the future. Improve your delivery and I'll be back.
very late to deliver over nearly a week late.do not answer emails sent will not use again.still no information about the delivery of first order of tyres. should have been delivered by Friday 30th July.now 4th of august and still waiting.
Dreadful company.. Do Not buy from them. Ordered tyre's on the 26th of June and have still not received them.. They have not replied to any of my emails and when I actually spoke to someone they just said they were held up in transit.No regard for customer service
Ordered 4 tyres on 25th June, website stated tyres were in stock, 2-4 days delivery. On 8th July two tyres were delivered. Received no help from customer services when enquiring about the other two, kept being told "they should be with you in the next few days". On 18th July I had to contact PayPal Issues Resolution Centre to help resolve the issue of non delivery of goods by the seller. On 19th July the company replied stating the two tyres have been re-ordered and should be delivered by around 27th July, they were delivered on 29th. Without PayPal the issue would not have been resolved.
Placed order 2/07, website says 3-5 working days to deliver. Then noticed small print saying that applies to 90% of orders. Fair enough. Got email 05/07 it's on the way, probably arrive 14/07. Nothing on 14th and DPD status has not moved from 06/07 so sent email for update. No response. Sent contact form 16/07 (which doesn't recognise my order ref?), no response. Got an email from them 20/07 asking how their service is. Well I've not got my tyre and you're ignoring me , so it's bad. Sent 3rd contact asking for update or refund within 48 hours. Based on my experience I'd recommend against using tyres-guru.
Well, I would say that all was excellent, but sadly have to remove 1 star for the following:* I have checked the reviews AFTER I made a purchase and was a little bit scared with bad reviews so I have called them 1 day before my tyre suppose to be with me and confirmed that it will arrive on time.* When on the day of arrival I called them suddenly they didn't know what exactly happening and where is the tyre* Status on DPD has been updated only about after a week after purchase* They may started to hustle because I threatened to cancel transaction (who knows, it may not be a case)So in overall I have saved at least 20£ on the tyre (they had it for 122.5, but the cheapest option elsewhere was about 145). Just delivery information on their website is not accurate and they don't have exact update on delivery, otherwise better than average
This is most awful experience I have returned my order and I been calling, writing emails and been ignored by them. And still after 5 weeks trying to get my refund still nothing only when I open claim in PayPal I get money back. And still they didn't send me refund, PayPal did.
