NOT UK!!!! I would never buy from them again. I paid £43 to get decent yellow tone citrine bracelets as advertised from their "UK" shop. They took weeks to arrive and when they did they are made of a very cheap murky grey stone, no hint of yellow as advertised. Very ugly and I would not wear them or give them away. I emailed multiple times for help and got TERRIBLE customer service, I was offered a 20% refund, they advised it would cost more to return the bracelets to China than to keep them! What a scam!
Don't waste your time and money. The sizes are not as expected or described. Medium too big and Large too small. The refund process is painful on email and takes three requests to get a return address in China for a 20% refund. You also have to pay return shipping cost. Simply not worth it.
Great customer service - my top I ordered was too small but it was difficult to return so Buddhastone stop offered a bigger size if I pay for postage which I have just done .. the blouse which was too small I’ve given to my daughter in law and she loves it .. Thank you for top service
