Placed an order on the 29 August 25. Received order confirmation then didn't hear from them for more than 10 days. I emailed them on 12 Sept to check for order status, got a reply stating order shipped. Emailed again on 20 Sept as no further update of the delivery. No reply and updates. Beautiful bodhi beads, good quality. The only reason its not 5 stars is the bracelet was too big and there was no way I could return it. Instead they have offered a replacement if I pay the shipping and customs fee. So I guess I get two for one. Maybe I can wear the bigger one as an anklet!
I ordered from the UK and received the parcel when expected. However, a small piece of the bracelet fell off on the first day I wore it. I informed the store about it not really expecting anything. To my surprise, they responded! They offered to send me a replacement and a gift necklace to continental Europe where I was moving to- it was waiting for me when I arrived! I love the pieces I got from the store and grateful for their exceptional customer service.
#274KKD3ZOI want to share my personal experience for purchasing items from Buddhastone First of all, I would like to mention that the garments I purchased from Buddastone Two weeks ago, they arrived to my address in UK less than 9/10 to ten days and they are Absolutely amazing quality and unique touch and The quality is excellent and the style absolutely exactly what you see what you get 👌🏻 Excellent When I wear these garments I feel so relaxed and calm and peaceful. I will definitely will be purchasing more styles and different colours again near the future. I am glad I found this website on the internet and now I will be long-term truly loyal customer. I will also like to mention about the customer services which was excellent and every time I reached out to them regarding anything they responded back the following day or the same day and The staff are very friendly with great communication skills and hard-working team. Once again I will definitely will be purchasing items again from this website A star Customer Service excellent.
I am impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service. Unfortunately, the garment I received was too small, and there is no easy returns process - I discovered the only way to return it would be to post it back to China from the UK at my own expense. Fortunately Tashi has arranged for a replacement garment to be sent, if I pay the extra and postage.I have agreed to this and chosen a new garment. I was told I had to leave a review before the replacement would be sent, so I am doing that now.
I ordered from this shop because I thought it was based in the UK. The fact that this shop has the UK included in its web address is misleading from the get-go. It is not based in the UK, but in China. I did not expect amazing quality to start with, but the quality of the two pairs of pants I received was just appalling. I would not even wear them at home. It took two weeks for me to receive them, and now it seems impossible not only to get the address from the shop so I could send them back, but also to get a refund. Here's my order number UKBS40131UPDATE: After posting my Trustpilot review, I received a refund minus the shipping cost and an apology from the store.

I ordered 3 bracelets, tried to return 1 but the postage was more than the bracelet, they offered to send me a different one if I paid another £15 and did a review I wish i had read the reviews as they state leaving a review to get the replacement 1 of the bracelets that fit also fell apart after 3 weeks Namaste
I purchased these trousers specifically to practice my Tai Chi in. I needed something that was light, comfortable, and easy to wear as well as durable. So far, the trousers have met all my requirements as to their durability, time will of course tell. But they appear well made with good stitching on quality cloth.Good value for money I would be happy to recommend this product based on this purchase.
