Great customer service

Originally ordered a white t shirt expecting a cotton jersey tee - a white shirt sleeved shirt arrived . It’s very nice but not what I needed. Customer service very prompt and efficient - happy for me to return but also suggested exchange . There’s plenty on the website that caught my eye so an easy decision . Looking forward to my new dress !!!

Be aware!

Be aware!! Return address in China. Costs a fortune in postage. Shorts ordered in size L, turns out more like an extra small.When asking for a return address, get offered refund of 10 then 25% if you are keeping the item. I can't say it's a scam but they are not honest upfront about the returns. Would definitely not recommend. Edit: the longer you refuse their refund offer, the higher the offer gets. I did read here on trustpilot of a customer got offer a 70% refund. So I was stupid to accept 25% 😕

The trousers arrived several sizes too…

Ordered 4 pairs of shorts for size/…

Ordered 4 pairs of shorts for size/ colour comparison with the intension of returning the items I didn't want. I now have to keep all four because the returns email doesn't work. It's a scam. They are a nice design/colour but cheap cotton and poor stitching. They weren't cheap either. Don't buy unless your willing to take a chance and lose money. Order number #UKBS34651Update:After leaving my order number, Buddha stone shop reached out to me via email. After many emails, it became apparent they didn't want me to return the items. They offered me 70% refund. Initially, they offered 10% and I said no. Expect to haggle! Not something you'd normally have to do when returning clothes. Glad I got some money back. UPDATE:On 10/11/25 Buddhastones emailed me offering a full refund and asking if I'd delete or update my review. I was very surprised to hear from them again after so long and accepted their offer. Refund has been received.
