So glad I found this company. I have purchased 2 items so far and both have been exceptional quality and so well made. The style is comfortable and easy to wear. I had to exchange one of the items as it was larger than I anticipated. Returns are a little confusing but customer service is exceptional.
Ordered a pair of trousers which looked particularly well designed. Lovely material and very good quality. But a size too small. Correspondence with the company has been prompt and helpful and a creative solution offered. Thank you.
I bought the Harem trousers. They are of a quality fabric, soft and yet durable. The are well made. The colours are pleasing. The trim and finish is good. They are practical and functional. They serve me well for how I want to use them. They are comfortable and warm. If I buy again I'd go for a smaller size. The online guidlines on sizing could be better for trousers. The company were easy to deal with. Very pleasant. Prompt to reply to queries.
I ordered the linen-cotton trousers in blue and they are exactly as in the pictures. The quality of material and cut is brilliant. The L was a little big for me. I'm a uk12 and these are 12-14. I told Buddhastones and they are giving me a discount on my next order without me even asking! Really good customer service. Quick response and care. I also bought a crystal mala many years ago and it was really good quality. I highly recommend Buddhastone.
Fantastic customer service, somehow managed to add the wrong address to my order, after trying to contact Royal Mail to rearrange a delivery which they couldn't do, spoke to Buddhastoneshop customer service who managed to sort-out updating the address and get a redelivery - good comms throughout. Very happy with the products I order.
