I just used it today after receiving it 3days ago and the packaging was good instruction kit included and very straight forward however, when I started using it the microneedling head doesn't stay and keeps falling off. It's quite annoying to keep fixing it while doing the procedure. I hope you can send me a replacement that works properly. I ended up applying the serum without the microneedles. It's frustrating as I was excited to use this product. Tbf, I didn't get any bad reactions from the serum and I thought i'm satisfied with the serum but I think it's better if it comes with a proper microneedling head. Thanks
I would give 0 stars If I could. Do not order front this company !! I ordered 3 micro infusion kits, they sent me the wrong products and didn't even post out the free serum. They then accused me of not ordering the correct items and adding the free serum. Even when I proved that I did order the correct products and the free serum, they are refusing to allow me to return it and exchange. I then asked for a refund, there way of getting more money out of me was to buy the one I originally ordered again and keep what I have, I haven't even opened it to try why would I buy more, I don't want what I've got!!
All of the responses to complaints here on Trustpilot are a smokescreen to make it look like they actually care! They tell you to email them; then never reply to emails, and that you can return the product; TO CHINA at your own expense! They state a 90 day money back guarantee, but only offer a credit note. Company is a complete SCAM.
