I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped and it’s impossible to cancel an order. Also the discount codes are designed to have already been applied without getting the full discount. Now I have to ship an item back and hope for a refund. Still haven’t heard from a customer service person in response to my form I submitted through the website.
The website kept glitching. I wanted to read some frequently asked questions and it wouldn’t load. As I wanted to see how products worked together. I ended up placing another order after I got a quick response on Facebook . And I’m glad I did place another order as one item I was going to buy ended up being free with the second order. Facebook add was a bit misleading though. Overall quite happy with the prices. Can’t wait to see the results when the products arrive especially the salmon dna as I have had that procedure done through a licenced injector.
