Review Time
After purchasing a steam generator iron that worked well for a guest room, it stopped functioning after just 10 uses. The cartridge needs replacing, but the warranty claims it covers 100 uses. The customer service has been unhelpful, taking weeks to respond and not honoring the warranty! To add to this, I've just received the same email response I've been trying to reach for weeks, with little to no reply! Still no response and warranty not honored!
I reached out regarding my kettle that started leaking. They responded very quickly, and after I provided photos and details about the issue, they are sending me a new replacement kettle. Very efficient service, and I am a satisfied customer—thank you.
Reported a faulty item covered under 2 year extended guarantee. Luckily we had receipt - it was clear iron would have caught fire from overheating had someone not been nearby. They wanted photographs which is fair but then i had to call them again to find out the result of their investigation. It was at this point they agreed to replace it. A voucher would have been preferable or to pick up at a local store - i had to wait for a replacement to arrive over the xmas period - really not mindful of how inconvenient this is. Still waiting!
My bread maker paddle drive fell out while still under warranty. Initially, it was said that the pan wasn't covered. However, since the machine couldn't operate with this fault, they did the right thing and replaced it. I haven't baked yet, but the machine looks promising.
What a farce,freezer completely stopped 20the December just in time for Christmas. Wires splitting at the back of freezer in compartment where draw goes. Call out was £130 plus cost of parts! so organised another freezer NOT RH.
I had a problem with a kettle which was 19 months old so contacted Russell Hobbs with photos of the problem. Their response was immediate and sent a replacement kettle. When the same problem occurred with the replacement they had both kettles back for their technicians to examine. It turned out the fault lay with a power socket and not the kettles but as a gesture of goodwill they sent another kettle. I cannot fault their Customer Service
