Not wonderful, can't use well.

Mixer, is poor overall. The beaters are very stubborn to eject. In fact you need a very strong man. Keep pressing the button to eject, gave up. Had to wash them in situ. Not ideal, as electrical item. I realise it's cheap, however don't need the hassle. My husband managed it, after 10 minutes.What a faff.

Poor. Had a replacement glass kettle developed a fault within 30 days.Awful service been told was getting a replacement then not now ! What is going on ?Don’t recommend Russell Hobbs to anyoneFull of empty promises then take promises back

Their new sandwich toasters poorly designed in my opinion

Their new sandwich toasters do not provide sufficient room to get two slices of bread with ham between the hot plates. You cannot close the lid properly and that's just using medium sliced bread. Cheese and ham together in your filling is not possible. Also, they say in their instructions to butter the outside of the bread. I tried this with just ham after pushing the lid down very hard. I avoided sticking the bread to the hot plates but ended up with a soggy sandwich and that's without a cheese filling. Badly designed product in my opinion. On another subject their replacement kettle filters are hard to find. Some are obsolete within the period of the guarantee. Shall not buy their products again.

Microwave

Paid £75 for a 700w microwave. Doesn’t even have a digital clock,and the indicator on the timer is not highlighted to see where the dial is at. Works fine though.

Very good experience with Russell Hobbs…

Had a very good experience with Russell Hobbs. My kettle ceased to heat after just a few weeks. After completing details about the problem we very quickly were offered a generous replacement of our choice. Their communication was excellent and the replacement arrived within a week of contacting Russell Hobbs via Amazon. Very impressed with their customer service and we are delighted with our new kettle.

Excellent kettle with long guarantee

Our excellent Russell Hobbs kettle failed after 14 months - outside the warranty period of most similarly inexpensive items. However, RH offer a generous 3-year warranty and replaced it without a quibble. Refreshingly good service.

Russell Hobbs product support team do exactly as it says on the tin!

Russell Hobbs product support team behaved exactly as one would hope when a product fails whilst under warranty. The team were courteous and helpful and a replacement product was sent to me with a week of my reporting it.

Had a problem with a kettle we bought…

Had a problem with a kettle we bought about a year ago so contacted Russell Hobbs customer services, they asked us to provide details and a video of the problem and they are now going to replace our Kettle, we are very impressed with the customer service we received

WARNING do not buy the toaster 4 slice…

WARNING do not buy the toaster 4 slice inspire you have to cut your bread in half to make a round of toast what a joke this toaster is. I wish that I got a different brand. I was using Warburtons and when you have to cut 2 ins off your bread is a joke.One good thing it makes good toast just wish it was deeper

I contacted Russell Hobbs regarding an issue with my kettle. They were very helpful and resolved my issue with no issue at all. Will definitely buy their products again. They stand by their products.
