Where the hell is my daughters top!!! Don't answer phone , don't answer emails!Ok so you have a shop in Portobello!! Ok 30 mins from me, looks like I will have to make a visit!! Principle! My daughters money! I do not take lightly to people taking stuff without giving good, especially it being my daughter!!!!I want her top or i want her refund!!Please answer my emails and send top or refund!!You really don't want me visiting the shop as I will and I will show proof that you have taken her money, I wouldn't mind if you had the decency to get back but your not! So if i have not heard back from you I will be retrieving my money on the weekend! Good luck meeting me lol

This must be the worst company to order…

This must be the worst company to order from. Placed n paid for my order middle of October, it finally arrived yesterday 31/01/23. Trying to communicate with the company was nigh on impossible. Don't waste your time trying to ring them either no reply or you get put you on hold and don't come back to you. Email them and you just get told delay in the shipment which I guess was coming in from China so word of warning stay away from them

SO BAD - THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE!

Ordered tracksuit for my son in December for £200 and it’s now Feb and still no delivery or updates. No one answers phone or emails. We have called the bank to sort out but will take another month to get a refund! Absolute joke. Never again. **To check before you order just try calling them**

Quick delivery and great comms along the way!

I ordered a t shirt which was very low in stock and having read the reviews wasn’t sure if I would get it or how long I would have to wait. I ordered this on 26th January and the timescale for delivery was 15-20 working days. However I have just taken delivery of this today (31st January) and got this handed to me by the UPS delivery driver. The shirt fit and quality is perfect and would order from here again! Thanks!

Disgusting customer Care

Never received order. Emailed 11 times - only generic auto responses. NO-ONE has emailed back to address issue that I've paid and not got my order. Oh and called and left voicemails twice, no response. Disgusting customer care.

I ordered a jacket for my son

I ordered a jacket for my son, It took 5 weeks to turn up and then too small so returned it(tracked) and nothing since. I've chased so many times, I've tried calling but no answer. BLOODY AWFUL customer service, I'm considering driving to their office in London and kicking off until they deal with it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Still waiting ordered 26th Nov 22

Ordered 5 items with over over 400 pounds on 26th Nov as Christmas presents for my children. Still waiting. Terrible service, they are earning interest on customers money with no individual correspondence or explanation. Requested a refund and still waiting.
