Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Placed and paid for an order in December which has now taken over 5 weeks. Despite trying to contact Trapstar my queries have just been shut down or I’ve been constantly asked for the same information. Will never buy from them again.

Fair play to this company on flying the flag and getting away with it.Just ordered a jacket on upon money taken,great stuff just a waiting game,Next day your order been cancelled,no reply or refund by the time trading standards or any other belters of the government thel be gone living it up.Fair play to yez tho looks like you light that big fat cigars for a while yet.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I have tried reaching out multiple times to cancel my order placed on December 10th.The order hasn’t even left their warehouse! All I get is automated emails and a false attempt to satisfy with VIP access to their discounts. I will never order from here again and want my money back £200 badly spent, they take your money and do not bother to send anything out.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Simply awful. Son has spent all his Xmas money on a new tracksuit from these people… over a month later and still no sign of the tracksuit. What’s more the customer service is an absolute joke… there is none. They don’t pick up the phone and just reply to emails with generic non informative responses. Utter garbage and I’m fuming.

Terrible service - 2 months and still waiting

Terrible service. Spent £350 on 25 November which were items for Xmas presents. Still not received them ! Impossible to talk to anyone and automated generic emails are returned which are no help. Never again and so mad they have taken my money and I have nothing from them!

Guys seriously this must be the worst company to deal with. I ordered something in November 2022 for Xmas. No updates apart from they will let us know when the item is out for delivery. I had to therefore spend an additional £500 in store to make sure that we got the items for xmas for my son. The item then arrived in Jan. Now I have sent this item back and yet no response. No word of a lie I have been trying to contact Trap star on every number possible including the 02039769193 since November 2022. After waiting an absolute age, I have left several messages. I have tried the web chat and left mails. in additional to this never buy from the "DROP" every time I have ordered they have cancelled my order. This is a complete Joke of a company !! you have been warned.

I ordered a top at the beginning of December and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried to get in touch with them by phone to no avail. I’ve had this experience on numerous occasions. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from this company.

Do not buy from these Jokers!

It’s now 27 Jan and my son has still not received his coat ordered on the 24 Nov for £265! He’s a student and can’t afford this, we have continually tried messaging, emailing and calling, never any answer. He got an email over a week ago saying his order will be sent out immediately but what a surprise it’s still not been sent out. To add insult to injury we get an email saying they have “a new drop” so they are still taking orders and not fulfilling the ones from previous months! How on earth is this company still trading, it’s absolutely disgusting. I have contacted Trading Standards - they need to be shut down and stop stealing from teenagers!

Trapstar import duty and refund scam.

I ordered off trapstar in one of their recent drops and to be honest I think this is the worst company I have ever ordered off. I ordered 1 full tracksuit, just 1. I was ordering from Ireland and I paid 15 pounds for postage and 25 pounds for import duty. Now I thought 25 pounds Sterling for import on a tracksuit that is very light is fairly expensive, but I paid it anyway. Fast forward a few days the package arrived in Ireland and was being shipped via UPS. I got an email from UPS saying I owed 101 euro in import charges that had to be paid immediately. I was shocked to say the least. Remember how I said it was only 1 tracksuit and that it was going to be light enough. Trapstar put on the customs information that my tracksuit was 5kg. A 5kg tracksuit? Madness. I said I wasn’t paying the customs and UPS sent it back to trapstar. I have emailed trapstar 4 times about my refund. They sent me back one email asking for my info like order number and postcode and when I sent it I got no reply even though they say they reply within 48 hours. I am disgusted at trapstar. I am still trying to contact them to this day. Today I called my bank to open a dispute and I am also going public about this in a public in person forum in Dublin soon. AVOID TRAPSTAR AT ALL COSTS. This was ridiculous and I am just plain disappointed.

Never again

Never again! I placed an order directly on their website and the order confirmation email never arrived and nor did my order which my 15 year old son paid for with his own money!! He’s paid £185 for something that hasn’t been delivered. Worst thing is that I’ve emailed them several times and haven’t received a response! I also tried their online chat - no one is there to liaise with! I’m now trying to call their customer services team and have been on hold for over 39 minutes! This is disgusting and I will now have to try and get a refund through my credit card company as a charge back. I am also going to contact the Trading Standards Agency!
