AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I returned an item for a refund. I sent it signed for delivery so I know it was received their end. After numerous attempts to contact them via phone, online chat app and email there was no response. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Out of pocket now. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!
I’m giving one star just to write this review however if I could it would be zero! I ordered an item on the 25th of November and didn’t receive it until 6th of January. I returned it a few days after it arrived, with signed for postage, as not what expected and now still have not received the refund which has now been 3 weeks!! I usually shop here often but now this has put me off due to the Incapability of the companies customer service who I have emailed and left msgs for multiple times and still no response!
I only gave a 1 star so I could right the review. Ordered lots from here over the years and didn't have any problems. However this year they are awful, they owe me just under £400 refund, I even paid for a signed return which they signed for on the 30th December 2022. Still no refund received also still waiting for an order. No customer service, just disgusting 😒
bad customer service. ordered my windbreaker on 25th november 2022 and i still haven’t received my order and were on 9th february 2023. Rubbish customer service i always try call and its just the same rubbish music and goes to voicemail i get no calls back. they need to sort out there service theyll lose customers for good too many bad reviews.
Ordered a jacket size medium, the bag it came and everything said medium but the jacket was a small (too small and the label says S) emailed multiple times with no reply, called multiple times no reply to voicemails and no answer. Also ordered a tracksuit nearly 4 months ago no sign of it showing up
Bought a hoodie & a t shirt after a month of complaining I got the t shirt but no hoodie.It’s been a month only voice Mail customer service, won’t reply to the 15 emails sent or the live chat ? how can they get away with this, taking money from people then just not sending the item? Will never order from them again 😡
