Poor customer service

Ordered my sons tracksuit on 10th December. Still not arrived and no response to my various emails asking for an update or a refund. It will be too warm to wear it by the time it arrives….if it ever does! Won’t order from them again.

5* service from TREY! Thank you

Was on call today for 40 minutes to trey at trapstar never spoke to somebody so respectful and helpful. I know you hear bad things about this company but with growth of everything your going to experience odd issue what you do with all business. My issue with something was dealt with immediately and my mind put to rest and I’m satisfied with the outcome. The patience trey had with me today and how he handled my slightly issue was 10/10 service, I think trapstar should be very proud to have him as an employee of their company it was an absolute pleasure to speak with him. 5* customer service!! Thanks again TREY!

Placed a £400 order for my son 6 weeks…

Placed a £400 order for my son 6 weeks ago still no delivery. Emailed support 10 times only responded to half of them with poor generic response nothing relating to my actual order. Number on website doesn’t work. Messaged on insta to main page no response, messaged the owner on insta - let’s see what happens - definitely won’t be ordering again - no wonder people order from DH Gate, if your clothes are clearly coming from China anyways - sort your act out

Honestly speaking Trapstar sell very high quality products and to be honest delivery doesn’t always take as long as people make it out to be majority of the time it takes about 1 weeks and I’ve ordered from Trapstar regularly so can speak from experience but if you do feel worried about any issues just order via PayPal or Klarna.

Worst customer service.

I am still waiting for orders from the beginning of November , I have messaged via the on line chat 4 times, phoned , which always has you on hold then after a time asks you to leave a message, I have left 4 messages now, I have not had any response from any of the above, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
