This is my first and definitely last time ordering from Trapstar. My order TS1623446 has had zero updates for weeks. I reached out via email, and they told me to wait 48 hours for a response. That time has long passed, and I still haven't heard back.
​This is a joke. It is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for my jacket to be dispatched, but I am being completely ignored. Avoid this brand if you value your time and money.

I have ordered some hoodies and some other stuff i ordered on 28th Jan and after that on Feb 11 i ordered another hoodie, this one is now in the transit but what about the other stuff that i ordered before. They deducted all the amount then now its showing ‘waiting for details’, i mean i also tried to connect with them by calling and emailing but no one replied, what is this kind of service if you are well known clothing brand. Either I wanna get my refund or just dispatch my order ASAP.

Just terrible and awful company. 6th January I ordered hoodie and pants TS1624828 that should be sent on 9th january and i still havent got any information about it, only email on 6th confirming my order. I dont recommend buying from this company to anybody.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I ordered 2 tshirts as a Christmas present on the 3rd Dec, the items arrived after Christmas so I returned them on 2nd Jan. I can see the return was received by them in 5th Jan and I have still not received my refund 26 days later!!! I have emailed them 4 times with zero response. Dreadful!!!Update: Deshawn responded very quickly and the items have now been refunded. It's a shame that I had to take to this platform to get a quick response. I think you have a uphill battle ahead.
