This company deserves no stars at all

This company deserves no stars at all. Waiting almost a month for my item. Customer service is an absolute joke. No response to emails and nobody answers the phone. Do not give them your money.

What a joke this company is.They ignore your calls.They do not reply too emails.They will delete any comments you leave on their social media platforms regarding any order issues you may have.They will read your messages then ignore them.You will likely be waiting weeks upon weeks for your order to be delivered,usually which will be wrong as half your order will be either missing or the wrong size.If you do at least recieve part of your order,i suggest u try sell it on ebay or something as trying to get a refund back from these crooks takes weeks if not months.If you do decide to return anything,make sure its insured to the value as they will try and say they never recieved your return otherwise and u will have no tracking to proove otherwise.Stay away from this brand,u have been warned!

Don't order from this company. Unreliable.

Ordered something at the end of November. Got a message from DPD to say they received consignment number. Was sent delivery details and nothing arrived. Checked with DPD and they dont have my order yet. I've tried calling both numbers on the website but they're both switched off. Absolutely ridiculous. This was a gift for my nephew for Christmas. Looks like there's a very good chance I won't receive it.

Shocking Customer Service

I'm 16 and spent my first Wage packet on a Hoodie which I ordered 2 weeks ago. I received a DPD delivery notification to tell me my parcel would arrive on the 10th December, but this has not arrived to date. I have been contacting the Trapstar customer services numbers and email address as stated on their website uk.trapstarlondon.com for days but have only received a text back from them saying "Can I call you Later?".........they never did call back. Reading the reviews i'm not the only one in this situation, how is this company getting away with this? I will be contacting Trading Standards.

UK’s Supreme - fantastic company🤗

Really don’t understand these negative reviews...the company is genuine, delivery exceptional & quality of goods justified by cost.The company after all is classed as the UK’s Supreme & clothes sold in Selfridges.Did have a panic as ordered a jumper for my son for Xmas then read reviews.🙈Ordered Sunday 1st December, got email & text Monday 2nd saying despatched & arriving Tuesday 3rd via DPD which creditable delivery firm...& yes it did arrive.I’m wondering if people not visited correct site....uk.trapstarlondon.com

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I order a sweatsuit and they only sent me a hoodie. I returned the item on 10/31/2019 and it’s mid December. Still nothing. No worries PayPal will refund me my money if you won’t. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a top for my son on 28 November 2019. Dispatch states 5-10 days. This has since passed. Not responding to emails, two mobile numbers listed as their customer service number. One is constantly switched off and the other just rings out. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and get a refund on this item which I doubt I will receive before christmas so I am in a bit of a mess now. Avoid at all costs.

Thieves should be shut down! Waiting for a refund from Sept 2019 been told twice refund has been initiated don't know how this company is allowed to trade. Next move small claims and trading standards AVOID

Ordered goods on 28 October

Ordered goods on 28 October - Money taken from account on 29 October ( £195) cancelled order on 4th November was told the money would be credited back into my account within 5 working days - Still not appeared and can not get hold of anyone - Not answering phones or email - trading standards next stop !

Rubbish service

After waiting 5weeks for my order, finally got it only to find they had sent completely different tracksuit to what we had ordered, in fact it was for a woman and I ordered a mans. After trying to contact customer services on their one and only number (mobile) which was taken off the hook, we had to phone Trapstar Birmingham. They wouldn’t send out the right tracksuit until I had sent that one back on a tracker service which cost £5 and still haven’t been refunded for even tho it was their mistake. Absolute shambles, would never order off these ever again, rubbish service 👎
