If I could put a zero I would This company has to be the worse company to order from I placed an order October 26th pre order and still haven’t got anything but stupid automatic emails.I would avoid this company

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

My son bought a jacket from there and it was way too small, he sent it back tracked as they asked, it was signed for by them 11th January, still no refund, I have called them 3 times and left my number to return my call to no avail, i have gone onto livechat and it asks for all your details and then says that you are being connected and them nothing, what a shambles, if this is their customer service offerings then I would advise anybody to stay well away from this company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SHAMBOLIC

NO REFUND GIVEN!

I returned a coat (first class and tracked) They received it and it has been over 2 weeks and still no refund!And no reply to emails!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Honestly the worst company about.I think they have okay clothes but every time I order from this company I am EXTREMELY annoyed, I have never received any of my orders within a month, it is always a 2 month wait for any order you make. They never reply to emails or keep you updated with your order. They make absolutely no effort to make amends or keep the customer happy, they really couldn’t care less. Once they have your money you won’t here from them again. Ordered mid way through January and my stuff still hasn’t even been shipped.Every bad review is well justified, this company SUCKS. Don’t even try and use Covid as an excuse, I have made multiple orders prior to Corona and you were just as terrible then as you are now.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

What a shambles

What a shambles . If only I read the reviews before I ordered. You live and learn . Purchased a coat on 30/11I have had genetic emails The ‘customer service’ goes unanswered Shops can not deal with internet orders Yet of the back of all their customers , there getting a new warehouse Trapstar you will never have my money AGAIN. Absolute joke!!! Avoid avoid & AVOID !

Still no goods and countless automated excuses

My son asked me to order a Christmas present for him from this company at the end of November. I didn’t realise it would become such a problem. Same as everyone else. The occasional email to say they have been very busy and will dispatch as soon as possible. Then the update about the move to the new warehouse. Their logistical operations is not the problem of the customer. If they can’t cope with the volume of orders they should have stopped taking orders. I will be pursuing claiming the £200 back from my credit card company at the end of this month if I haven’t received the goods.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Placed an order on the 26th December and did not receive the order until 21st January. No contact from the company until I complained. Completely ignored my request for a refund and gave an excuse that DPD could not cope with the order amount. Very disappointed 12 yr old who wanted to treat himself with his Christmas money. If they couldn’t fulfil the order for 4 weeks in the sales then they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Please don’t bother ordering from these people online, they really couldn’t care less about their customers. Just driven by money and trends!.

i ordered a jacket for about 270£ ended…

i ordered a jacket for about 270£ ended up paying around 50£ for shipping and when i got it i was not happy the jacket was extremely oversized so i returned it and had to pay another 50£ just for that and im still waiting for my money to be refunded, note that its been over 3 weeks since the refund and im starting to doubt my toughts if the money is gonna come or if they will take my jacket and not give me a refund (live in Norway)

Very poor customer service - VERY POOR

Very poor customer service, considering these clothes are very sought after and not cheap I am disgusted.The complete lack of communication and response from anyone is just not acceptable. Tried calling, online chat, email and Instagram DM. Never get a reply. Quick to take the money but not quick at dealing with issues. VERY POOR.
