Franky and Chris gave professional, courteous and timely assistance. I had an issue paying with my card and the website thinking I was a bot. Franky communicated with the security team on my behalf to have my account reactivated and Chris resolved my payment issue. Both members of staff ensured my son's needs were met and relevant accomodations made.

I signed up incorrectly so couldn’t see…

I signed up incorrectly so couldn’t see tickets, they responded quickly and fixed my login so that i could get to my ticket. All good, concert was great other than stupid decibel level… with folk/indie music??? Stupid. The lead in band Josiah, was spectacular without yhe sound crew messing with the volume.

Super efficient customer service

My account would not let me access my information or tickets despite resetting my password twice. I emailed customer service and Saj was extremely efficient and reset my account within minutes allowing me access to my tickets again.
