Terrible experience booking tickets

Terrible experience booking tickets. website kept crashing and timing out. not displaying tickboxes or allowing me to create an account after entering details. after about 7 or 8 attempts I was finally able to book tickets when check boxes suddenly appeared.

Nibras managed to sort out a problem with my tickets that was entirely my fault, quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy and grateful. My 5 year old will be so pleased that I've not lost his monster truck tickets.
