Goodness me what an terrible site

Goodness me what an terrible site! Bought some Abba Voyage tickets and received a confirmation email 7.9.25. Unable to log into app to access the tickets despite several attempts, resetting password, trying to enter a verfication code (which is rejected by the app everytime!!!) switching phone on and off - nothing has worked. A horribly frustrating experience which had ruined the excitement of the booking completely!!
