Holly who assisted me with my problem all the way was extremely helpful. Concise understandable English and really knows her job in customer assistance very well.I can't fault her diligence one iota.Holly is a great asset to your company. I hope I get her on my case in the future.Cheers :).
I was unable to attend a gig so listed the tickets with AXS help. They sold which was great BUT AXS say payment proceeds are sent to the seller up to 10 working days after the event. My event was the 3rd June 2025 - that's TWENTY EIGHT BUSINESS DAYS ago! I waited 10 days then spoke via chat THREE times (once each week since) with all of them telling me my funds will be paid. I have THREE valid UK bank accounts listed for them to pay funds into. It's actually now THIRTY EIGHT CALENDAR DAYS.Totally Unacceptable!!!!I have raised another query yesterday (last time I did nobody ever replied) Live chat is pointlessI have raised a dispute with American Express now to get money back. IF YOU DON'T SORT THIS OUT I'LL GET A REFUND OF THE FULL PRICE AND MY SALE PROCEEDS. STOP MESSING EVERYONE ABOUT!!!Order# 1015671461Update: so AXS say payment bounced on 12th June, and that payments are made each Friday. Since the 12th June there have been FIVE more Friday’s, correct account details and guess what…. STILL NO MONEY
I had a really frustrating experience trying to buy tickets for Kylie through AXS. I originally wanted to buy a bundle of five tickets, which turned out not to be possible, even though there was no clear info saying so.After failing to secure a group of five, I managed to get one ticket for a different night, then after multiple failed attempts, I eventually got a bundle of three and a bundle of two. This left our group split up across different sections and nights — not at all what we planned. To make matters worse, I then tried to resell the solo tickets I didn’t need. AXS only allows resale through their own platform, and despite listing the tickets well in advance, they never sold. I ended up losing £170!!!The whole process felt clunky, confusing, and restrictive. I won’t be using AXS again or supporting this kind of ticket sale method in the future.
Edit: up to 3 stars, after speaking with Holly on the AXS team, it has cleared up some stuff, although I won't get my money back unless the concert is officially cancelled. As my tickets were brought through AXS Resale I am unable to receive a refund. Bought tickets for Falling in Reverse through AXS but unfortunately the concert was cancelled/postponed and an email stating a refund could be issued from point of sale so I started the process only for the tickets to no longer be in my account and apparently, according to customer service, there was no evidence of them being there. Although I'd seen them myself after purchase. After a lot of back and forth with screenshots of confirmation email and Bank statement I was told...."From the screenshots you have sent in, it shows you have bought tickets from another fan through AXS resale, unfortunately, any tickets bought through AXS Resale are non refundable, therefore, we cannot issue you with a refund" That is £92 just gone...this is not okay...I feel like I was scammed and I urge you to not use this site. I sold tickets in January of this year and have been chasing AXS for my refund ever since then. According to AXS, whenever I've tried to input my personal details (my DOB and my address), an error message appears, stating that a Hyperwallet account already exists for this account. This error message appears before I can even enter my bank details. I've been messaging via email or live chat, and I haven't received any further responses since multiple agents told me that they're waiting for a response from Hyperwallet. The issue is that I already emailed Hyperwallet a while back, and they informed me that they couldn't find an account associated with the same email address I used to sign up for AXS. So I'm confused by what is actually going on.I've brought this interaction up with the customer service team, and now they're telling me they're waiting for the financial department to respond. However, this is driving me up the wall! It's been almost 10 months now, and I still haven't received my money. I now need to sell another set of tickets due to unfortunate circumstances, yet I can't as I need to add a payment method, WHICH I cannot DO DUE TO THIS HYPERWALLET ISSUE!
