Kat was great. AXS systems are not

The client support person Kat was excellent.The Axs system tho is woeful.So many things you have to be on the website and not the app for. And the agent can’t add a bank account. Then the website wasn’t accepting my password. Very draining experience and time spent over multiple weeks to get ticket resale sorted. I would avoid in future if I could. Tho Kat was fantastic .

I was able to get a live agent with a question about my seat in the membership lounge. She went straight to the qualifying events to check member requirements and was able to answer my question in less than 5 minutes. Efficient, polite and helpful!

Buying tickets was no problem

Buying tickets was no problem, of course, they want your money; BUT setting up the Account & App is poor, set email & password, account won't accept password, Reset password to be told you can't use the old password, What the one you won't accept as Wrong??? Clear everything and start again, & miraculously it accepts the original password now! Please kick your IT guys!

App is a timewaster

As needing this app for showing event tickets is not ridiculous enough, it gets really interesting when the app thinks you are a bot and denies you access. So therefore you have to change your IP adress with a VPN to finally manage to log in the app for showing the tickets. How hard can someone make a simple ticket transfer?
