Joseph was friendly, helpful and patient with me, which I really appreciate and he explained everything step by step, which I really appreciate as I have a learning disability. Buying concert tickets, especially kpop ones, is incredibly stressful and I have had times from different venues where you get really horrible people on the phone and that makes you not want to purchase tickets through them anymore, so I'm happy I got to speak to Joseph today! It has been a lengthy process securing seats and with a delay in replying to my initial email meant I couldn’t get the seats I initially wanted, however the customer service person I have dealt with throughout has been very good , responding to questions in a polite and friendly manner and helping me a lot to eventually secure some tickets helping me through the process , thanks Farren

It took about 2 hours to get the ticket purchase as i got repeated failures on credit card payments for no obvious reason. Eventually it worked, but no reason why it succeeded eventually and not earlier. And of course i was timed out number of times and had to wait for tickets to reappear in the pool to try buying them after previous failed attempts. Very painful process.
When I called through to purchase Westlife tickets, Grace answered the phone in a relaxed tone and friendly manner even though it was the release date for tickets so I know Grace would’ve been very busy, she was extremely patient and calm with me. Honestly it was a joy to speak with Grace as she was sooo interactive and knew I had a speech problem so I didn’t feel she rushed me. Thanks Grace for taking my call today :)
