Is there a human there that actually cares?

Would give zero stars if that were possible. Ordered tickets for Zach Bryan MONTHS ago, booked hotels in London and so excited to go. Then AXS send the wrong tickets and a week later it still isn’t sorted and today is the concert and I am 4 hours away. I will lose the hotel cost (not to mention the hours and hours of wrist slitting experience with robotic call centres) and I am kindly being offered, at best, a refund for my ticket. I DIDNT BY A TICKET TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! I bought a ticket to do something on my bucket list and your incompetence has destroyed that, so offering a refund is just rubbing salt in the wound. Absolutely pathetic,

Horrible site.

Horrible site.Had to resell my tickets (4 tickets). Tickets were sold but I never got my money back.No answer from support whatsoever.I will NEVER use them again!

Well I don’t know where to start it’s…

Well I don’t know where to start it’s been one thing after another ! I finally thought I was getting somewhere. They offered me a full refund for 2 tickets total of £149.50 they said I would have it in 10 working days . It’s been over 10 working days now I’ve not received my refund and my emails are now getting ignored . I will have to take legal action if I don’t receive my money .

Poor customer service

I have logged 2 requests with AXS support as the first, I was told the status was solved even though I am still out of pocket and that they needed more information from me but did not tell me what information they actually need, reference #11634917. I followed this up with a new request, reference #11637841 which I am waiting for a response to. This should be easy to resolve, I have not had my money and am not wasting your time but having read all of your 1 star reviews I have no confidence in receiving the money that I am owed. I have also shared our dissatisfaction and disappointment with ABBA Voyage and I sincerely hope those clients who you sold our tickets to, enjoyed the event. To sum this up, you have had the benefit of receiving cash for this event twice. You know full well that there is nothing I can do to get my money back because this falls below the level to take you to court. You are fraudsters and having read your filed annual accounts with Companies House, it is no surprise the level of profit you generate simply through not returning money to your customers as well as commission you take. I have no confidence that I will see my money and I hope you have a satisfied work force working for a firm with a label of fraudsters attached to it. Here’s to the next automated response and no action!I purchased ABBA Voyage tickets as a gift for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately he had been ill in the weeks leading to the event so I chose to post them for resale. These sold immediately and I was told that I would receive payment with 7-10 days after the performance. I am still waiting for payment, although I do appreciate that I had not realised within the app that there was an extra section that needed completion to include the sort code of my bank. I tried contacting AXS through their live chat and was told to wait another 10 days and that I should receive payment. Another 10 working days have been and gone and still no payment. I have escalated my complaint and am now receiving various emails stating that my case has been solved but I have still not received any payment. This event was on 21 June 2025

Awful, untrustworthy company!

Awful company to deal with. Sold my tickets via resale and got an email from AXS saying my money was going to be frozen as a third party investigated it. When I questioned it several times because it made no sense and felt like a scam, AXS failed to get back to me about it. There is no way to communicate with them - no phone number, they don’t respond to emails and their Live Chat are bots and there’s never a human available to chat to. After more than two weeks, I get an email today saying they made an error sending that email and to ignore it. I eventually got my refund but I will never buy anything from them again.

Dirty rotten scammers.Ignoring my request to amend my first name from K to Kristopher , I cannot get my funds paid out until sorted.Sort your Sh*t out before I take legal action.I will never ever use these scumbags again 🤬
