Review Time
Purchased 2 tests and received 2 codes but it will only allow me to register one and the other isn’t showing on my account. Can’t get hold of customer service. Total waste of time and money when no one can answer a simple question

Firstly, I must have not read the page very thoroughly because I was expecting to be mailed a test kit. Only when I looked at the FAQ a week later, did I realise that there is no test kit. You simply register a code online and send your hair in an envelope (so you have to pay postage too!)Once I did that, they received my sample and processed my results very quickly. However, I'm confused that things that I know I'm allergic/intolerant to show up as green on my results. I'm severely allergic to kiwi but this shows up as green in my results. I also have severe hayfever with my worst tree being birch, but that's green too.I asked their chat bot and it told me that allergies are different to intolerances, so I guess that's why kiwi showed up as green, but I'm still not convinced about hayfever/tree part... Surely that's an intolerance and should show up? Google says that hair tests aren't scientifically accurate, so I guess it's just a bit of fun, and gives you a general idea of what you could be intolerant of.
Awful experience, I paid for 2 tests. 1 for my girlfriend and one for myself. We were shocked to realise you had to send a sample of hair, but nevertheless not a major issue. The real shock came when we only received 1 code, I emailed and questioned this and was told to provide screenshots of my bank statements by Alice over email, skeptical however I proceeded. With unwavering proof I had been charged twice (I even received 2 order number receipts!!), still to no avail. Alice has now seemed to of lost the ability to reply and provide “customer support”. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I will no longer waste anymore of my time on it. My girlfriend got here results however, so I guess in this case it was 1 for the price of 2!I should’ve read the reviews here before I purchased 2 sets, seems it’s a common issue…
