Really caring experience. DrElgini explained in detail every part of the procedure. Except for some mild discomfort from the injections which only lasts a couple of minutes- the procedure was pain free. I must also thank all his assistants that helped on the day. Mollie, Alicia, Rosa and Alex.I’m now 6 days post op and Chelsea their Patient Coordinator has been extremely attentive with my aftercare. I would have no hesitation recommending U.K. Hair Transplant Clinic Manchester.
Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely focused on bringing you the best and most comfortable experience, from initial consultation, through the procedure and onto aftercare. From booking my initial consultation to actually having the surgery the team at uk hair have been fantastic. They kept me informed with every part of the process and answered any questions I had regarding my personal treatment plan. I would like to thank Chelsea especially for keeping me up to date with appointments and supporting any queries I have had. Also a thanks to paul for seeing me at the clinic for my reviews and follow up appointments. I would like to thank all of the surgical team especially dr Tetiana for her support and work, she is amazing and can't recommend her enough. Would not get this treatment done with anyone else.
After having had a hair transplant for my receding hairline in 2022 (which is absolutely amazing and going strong) I was worried about thinning of my crown. I was convinced I needed another transplant and thought it best to speak to the original clinic I’d been to, as I was so happy with them the first time around. They have assured me that despite it thinning, it doesn’t warrant a transplant because it could cause more harm than good. Instead they have recommended medications and hair care regimes along with alternative treatments (not currently carried out by themselves) but advised where I could go and how much I could expect to pay. I value their honesty. They could have told me any number of things to get money out of me. They didn’t. They were open and honest and advised me properly. I have full faith in this practice and team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s struggling with any kind of hair loss or insecurity.
Absolutely amazing. From the consultation to the aftercare everything was spot on and I was extremely well looked after. Chelsea was my patient coordinator and she looked after me from the initial booking right up to the end like a star. The procedure was painless, and my surgeon and his assistants were extremely caring and extremely professional and made me so at ease. I can’t believe how easy it all went. 10/10 for everyone
From my first consultation until now (2 days post op), communication has been excellent. All my questions have been answered thoroughly and I’ve been made to feel at ease by everyone involved throughout the process. I can’t thank the team enough (Dr. Elgindi and I apologise I can’t remember everyone’s name 🙈) who on the day of surgery were lovely, very professional and talked me through everything. Chelsea, my patient coordinator has been absolutely fantastic and will answer all of your questions and worries! Can’t recommend enough if you’re thinking of doing it!
From the start of my hair transplant I was very nervous and anxious but throughout was made to feel at ease the dr and his team who done my surgery was all under standing with me as I was like a bag of nerves and to the people who held my hand while I was getting the anaesthetic my apologies for nearly breaking your hands as tbh it wasn’t that bad after that I could not feel a thing through out the day not one bit of pain it was even better sitting there watching a film while getting my grafts done so many many thanks you have made my life better and I will 100% have more confidence I will definitely recommend this company Also big thanks to Chelsea who has rang me and sent many messages to make sure everything is okay and making sure I’m feelig fine 👌Yet again would like to thank the hole team 👍🏼
