Everyone was so help full and very polite and very professional. This was my first hair transplant. I have lost alot of hair and everything was explained what in my case would be the out come and expectations. Was made to feel very comfortable .
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Dr Elgindi, Al, and all of the nurses (apologies I can’t remember all of the names) were incredible! Very friendly, caring and professional. They made my experience super easy and comfortable, as well as providing great company! Even if Dr Elgindi is a United fan haha! Thanks guys. 10/10
From the moment I embarked on my journey to Manchester Piccadilly from Northants, everything was seamlessly arranged. My stay was at a nearby hotel, just a short walk from the clinic, providing a comfortable and convenient base. The treatment was scheduled at the pristine Pall Mall Medical Centre, which was only a six-minute walk from the hotel.Dr. A Elgindi, alongside his dedicated team - Rosa, Ali, and Molly - provided a welcoming and professional atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. I asked for a quote late Tuesday, received a call Wednesday am which I couldn’t take, called back Wednesday pm couldn’t get through so left a message. They called back Wednesday pm and arranged a consultation for Friday pm….very busy! Appointment arranged for Friday pm…Texts then start coming through…confirm appointment….why, I only spoke on the phone to you a couple of hours ago, but okay….then a text on Wednesday at 14:40 ….”WE NEED YOUR HAIR LOSS PHOTOS” please send photos of your areas of concern….8pm, text saying we need your pics by 8am or we will cancel the appointment on Friday.That’s all I needed…toodles!!Final point, not a Ltd company!
Dr Manish and his team did a great job from start to finish. Very happy with how his assistants made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend Uk hair. Also Very happy with Chelsea who helped look after me through the process. Really happy with the results. Well done keep up the great work.
