From the first enquiry I made, this company has been informative and professional, no hard sell and has the customers best interests at heart all the time.They keep you informed at every stage of the process and check in on you, on a daily basis before and after the operation. I get called when there are changes on my personal care also I have number I can call if I have a problem 7 days a week.
I've had two surgeries from UK HTC and both were excellent. The consultations were really helpful. They don't over-promise on what is possible with surgery so you know exactly what you'll be getting. The aftercare and ongoing support is great and having a fully qualified surgeon makes you feel like you're in good hands.
Dr. T, Brandon, Mollie, and Judith make a brilliant team! Mollie welcomed me in and immediately put me at ease. Dr. T made me feel very comfortable and did a great job with my hairline. Brandon and Dr. T worked seamlessly together, and Brandon continued the procedure with help from Mollie and Judith. A really professional and friendly team. Chelsea has also been very productive and helpful pre and post.
Staff at UK hair transplant clinics were amazing. Been very informative and supported me weeks before the surgery and even after. Also my doctor was amazing such a professional who takes pride in what he does. I was scared of getting my hair transplant at first as wasn’t best with needles, hardly felt a thing. I have recently discovered bald patches throughout my beard, trying all sorts to rectify the acute problem I found myself facing. I found many companies offering transplants thinking this must be the way forward having seemingly trying everything else. Unfortunately a lot of companies were rather pushy when it came to arranging a transplant which left me with some red flags wondering why they were so keen to get me in without a medical appointment prior. I found UK hair and spoke to a knowledgeable clinician named Paul who was very thorough in our chat explaining what I have does not need a transplant as it just won't work and instead gave me some sound advice on the next steps to help treat my problem of alopecia and didn't ask for a penny!Although I'm still wanting these bald patches filled I feel much more confident on what my next steps are and I've saved myself a small fortune by not just going with a pushy sales company. Highly rate these guys.
Had my consultation phone call today with UK hair. Can’t fault the company for communication and information leading up to the call. During the call we came to an agreement that a transplant wouldn’t be suitable for me after listening to Paul’s advice and knowledge. I really appreciated the honesty as I’m sure there are other companies out there that would have been happy to take my money and chance the outcome.
