Very easy to organise The pre assessment and the op itself.Beard Transplant:I'm 6 Months down the line now and it looks better than i expected.Had it done in Manchester where the Everyone was attentive and made sure i was comfortable.(Managed to almost nod off a couple of time even during the transplant) The Detail of the aftercare brochure was done extremely well and easy to follow for the first 2 weeks post op.The pre assessment was easy as well with It only taking 15 mins after looking at the areas of my head/hair that will be a part of the op.
Great service from start to finish. The communication before and after the surgery was reassuring. The surgeon and the technicians were great at what they do and were also good company through the procedure. Looking forward to seeing the full results of their work. Highly recommended

I had a transplant of 2,500 grafts to have my natural deep widows peak filled in with Dr Tetiana Mamontova and a lovely team.I was very apprehensive I think like anyone would be given the cost of this kind of thing and how the results might turn out, and also that some reviews from others were given a little quickly following their surgery.However, Dr Tetiana Mamontova and the team of technicians couldn't have been more nice and I really felt like a VIP in her care. I watched episodes of the office while they worked and probably had the volume too high (sorry).My results one year later are amazing and have changed my life, I can now style my hair how I want and I no longer even think about my hairline which I think speaks for itself.If you're bricking yourself like I was then know its not a pleasant surgery to have and nothing is ever guaranteed but these guys are legit and I'm very happy I went ahead with this.
A very special thanks to Tetiana Mamontova, she made the whole experience from start to finish so straight forward, confidence building and relaxing. I had, had a previous surgery which was the polar opposite to this and made me very apprehensive to go for round two. However I am so glad I did as I'm 6 months post surgery and so far extremely happy. 10/10, thank you!
8 months post op now, so far all looks good, had video with Paul which was very helpful, aftercare team were very precise and punctual with calls and correspondence, Dr Elgindi is a great surgeon so glad i did my research before choosing a surgeon. Looking forward to my 12 month review
