Absolutely Amazing, from my first consultation with Sam , who instantly had an impact on me unlike others I had spoken to at different companies I knew straight away this was the company for me … And on to the team Tetiana , Judith, Nicky and Mollie awesome awesome awesome upmost professionals but more importantly a great laugh and fun to be around I didn’t think I would be spending the day laughing as much as I did . And I’m over the moon with the results I honestly couldn’t be any happier and I literally cannot wait to see how it looks in the coming months , cheers girls you’ve made a receding 50 something who should know better VERY HAPPY x x
The service I received from Lindsay and Paul was exemplary; they provided an honest upfront approach and excellent guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately I was unable to meet the requirements of the transplant in a financial sense, but they provided me with a good deal of flexibility. Not many companies even offer finance as an option - if my personal financial situation improves then I would look to them as a first instance also. They additionally provided my refund immediately after providing my banking details, with me been within the 14 day period and overall operated in good faith.
The whole experience was spot on from all involved from start to finish as they were all a friendly and professional bunch and made it a relaxed experience. From my appointed surgeon ,Tatiana and her team Judith Alicia Nicky and also Paula I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing this procedure and let's not forget Chelsea my pre/after care professional always checking in to make sure all is well and that I am happy with everything prior to procedure and after and there to answer any concerns I may of had 😀 ,thanks to team manchester from Jarra Jim .
Everything was communicated super clearly and quickly. The speed from booking - to consultation - surgery was very quick which was great. The staff both texting and in person were so friendly and lovely, very easy to talk to and helped calm me down as I was very anxious about everything. After surgery the care co-ordinater and the leaflet they gave me regarding aftercare has been so easy to understand. Overall an amazing experience that made something I'd been putting off for nearly a decade become a super easy and lovely experience.
Well where to start, A very warm welcome from Dr Manish Mittal, and then a detailed dialogue of the events of the day. He and all his team were an absolute delight, attentive and super professional, a big thank you especially to Paula who was incredibly patient and super friendly making the surgery a pleasurable experience. This extends to all the team as we're a wonderful crowd. A big thank you to Dr Mittal very diligent surgeon with a wonderful sense of humour, very impressed by my whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
