I had an amazing experience buying from the official Ulanzi site! I bought a couple of things, had a very small fee for delivery in EU, which I am very happy about. Also the customer support was super helpful and was very quick to help and resolve my issue with delivered product. Everything was solved very quickly and the customer support is always amazing! Will definitely order more from the site, and can highly recommend it! the quality of the products is also amazing!
Their prices/sales on their own web store are a bit better than Amazon usually which is fantastic. They sadly don't always have all their products you can find on Amazon, but overall the selection is still very good. Shipping was shipped out quickly, and everything was well packed. Customer support is helpful, and I've typically heard back within 24-48 hours. I did get 1 item that despite being new had scratches in it, but it's not too big of a deal.Edit: Ulanzi support took care of me before even replying to my review when I had reached out about the issue, and they replaced the damaged item! Really like the site, and would recommend them.
Ordered a number of products through their shop and as they use that terrible app "Shop" I got caught out with an old delivery address being selected. Totally my fault for not double checking but I sent an email request to change the delivery address within minutes. They ignored this and only responded after they had "dispatched" it saying that it was too late despite the tracking information showing that the package had not been picked up by the carrier.
Unfortunately that company put photo products that didn't finally you get , and haven't any included item when you order product, multivate customer with wrong photos that not included in your order, I contact customer service several times and just told me sorry, worse customer service
I've purchased many Ulanzi products over the years. Their design is always really good. Product durability is marginal, but given the cost not surprising.The customer service, however, is simply the worst.6 email exchanges over two weeks, telling me to contact someone else on two of those occasions, even a quick "order something else and we'll send you a new item."
