Contacted by customer service apparently bag was a gift and shoulder strap has arrived. Thank you for correcting the issue promptly.Wrong item delivered ordered camera shoulder strap $111 and small bag delivered. Three emails with photos of order, delivery bag and item delivered. Offered to return incorrect item to receive an email asking why I was returning item??? Worried now I have lost my money.
The customer service was terrible. My unit arrived and would not work. They suggested removing the sealed battery and would not replace my unit or refund my purchasce price. I would never buy a Ulanzi product again and have advised Amazon users to avoid their products as well
I bought a metal mount for my tripod premium price and it lasted 2 months. The spring inside broke so it doesnt hold the phone anymore. I reached to their customer service but its been 14 days with no news except that they will get back which they dont
I recently ordered a MT-79 light stand and couple of MT-49 light stands. I liked them so much that I ordered another MT-49 and three more MT-79s. However, one of the MT-79s came in the box broken. I reached out to the Ulanzi support team via email with a photo of the broken light stand. They immediately offered a replacement, which I accepted. I received the replacement promptly. They whole experience was smooth.
