I had problems with the delivery of my order (it took about 2,5 months to get it delivered), but in the end I'am pleased with the result. Both myself and the helpdesk, we had to be patient to get here.Yhe item a ordered look good and works fine so far, the quality look very good to me.
I ordered a tripod from Ulanzi and am very pleased with the product, the price and the customer service. This was the first time I had dealt with Ulanzi and was slightly nervous to start with but I needn’t have worried. Free delivery in seven working days from HongKong is excellent, and this included an extra day while UK Royal Mail got their act together. Eyre in Customer Service was very helpful throughout the process. The tripod looks extremely well made and I am looking forward to using it ‘in anger’.
I bought from ulanzi European website a tripod that after 1 and half year broke a flimsy support just glued on the tripod . I ask for a replacement of that part, they answered that is out of warranty because it's just 1 year when legal warranty in Europe is 2 years.
