High dissatisfaction, I have been using the service for a long time, when I tried to get support I got answers that they couldn't help me, sometimes they didn't even answer for several weeks or months, I thought about buying a plan, but due to my experience I had to look for an alternative because the service didn't work well and couldn't help me.
This company so called unchained music is total trash. they are liars if you pay for pro account you will never see anything different this people are a disgrace to humanity. There employees are garbage unprofessional. Including Matt! the upload take a year to show. i had to do a chargeback after seeing them do nothing. Save your time and money. Look for a reputable company this people are low low scammers.
Horrible distributor !!! The song ive submitted on 28.04.25 are still showing pending review! and it's 15.06.25 now !!! Come on guys ! Don't promise things that you can't keep ! I'm requesting my songs to be deleted from this service that i have no trust anymore even though I'm new in your service ! I'm requesting my songs to be deleted and all the pending ones as well ! I don't want to deal with fraudulent and unprofessional services like this one! I'm quite popular and my fans waited for 2 months for my releases to come live after I have taken them down from my previous distributor! After countless messages and comments from them I'm mad now and I'm writing this review to warn other customers not to use this service !
I would agree with other reviewers regarding getting their account terminated on accusations of fraud, coincidentally shortly after you pay for one of their subscriptions. Although it could be related to Spotify bot issues, I don't think it is fair to get blamed as a new artist. I can't control how the public uses my music so I don't understand why they need to close my account for $10 worth of hypothetical fraud? Keep the chum change... It would make much more sense for the business to keep me as a paying customer and work together to figure out what's going on. Not everyone is looking to scam the system. For the record, I did get one pay out before paying for the Core membership, so something is fishy.
