Absolutely in shock. They took my money and are offering 0 service in return. I'm posting another review in hopes of at least a refund (which the thieves refuse to do) and I'll seek further legal help on this. God knows what further data and rights they steal from creators. Still no help on my issue and they simply refuse to release my work after robbing me of money.
The Team at Unchained has helped us loads setting up our project. I felt supported as an artist and all the guidance have felt authentic and music/art driven rather than business driven. Would 100% recommend for anybody looking for a smaller boutique distro experience. the digital music field is changing loads, Unchained is prioritising actual music makers, something very valuable in this day and age.
ive been on pro subscirption for about three years , had a couple of singles and albums, i made three roster groups, a hiphop, a post rock and a soul r&b group, and some where AI generated, after there sudden change in poilicies i had all my AI generated album bumped of all stores .. and the physical tracks not made in AI i had trouble releasing them .. they were asking me a IRSC code when i didnt even have one for some tracks, my licenses of features needed a receipt ? it started to be too complicated, and the fact that they put down my albums and singles of the stores without even asking or e mailing me was the top of it all, i deleted my account .. very poor response time aswell and very vague aswell . the funny thing .. they are proposing an AI mastering service, but dont allow artists to post theyre AI creations ?, they do know in the music industry mastering is an art, and the most respected technicians are those able to master prestinly a track ?
Respond times are super slow! Where is my music? How many different tests and forms do we need to fill out already? I've paid for this and I want my music up. I almost recommended unchained music to people. Good thing I waited to test it out first.

Never Use this site their only you want use for plain and other plan after that take down your music and never give any stream report. I rewrite this because can't reply. No I was told you I use pro and I daw that music and cover made by me not AI. you just want plan. Really? I told before upload and take plan you said yes it's ok. I still have screenshot. and then event no report sale of my earning just warning of remove. shame on you
