May need improvements.It's great that they have a free plan available to their customers. But it would be good if the free plan also gave me the option to untick Spotify. I have been trying to get back intouch with the customer support team to get my account deleted. Still waitiing on a reply.

I like everything about the platform. I’ve used a few platforms, such as tunecore and cdbaby, and I’ve also researched other ways to distribute, and Unchained Music is an AWESOME platform! Easy to use, with a great layout style and look. I love the way you and your team help other independent artists and independent labels! It’s affordable which tells me that you all are good people as well! Helps an artist such as myself attempt to help make a difference through the power of music… I absolutely LOVE the name Unchained Music. That name for the platform stood out to me. I will also be tapping in more to the YouTube videos released by Mathew Waters and his team as well as the music. I’ve dreamt of having a label and production company named after my Daughter, and Unchained Music made that easily possible for me as a struggling independent artist and label, coming from nothing... I am 100 percent grateful for the platform. I also appreciate the support and response time and communication I’ve received. I’m nothing but thankful to be able to switch all my old releases under this platform and I have more music to come. I’m learning more and improving more as well as Matt Waters and his team. While searching for different companies on Google, I found unchained music. And after reading various articles, I thought their service would be much better. I first buy a subscription from them. And several of my audios previously released through other companies I submitted for release through them. Unfortunately they rejected my audios and they asked me for proof. When I gave them the previously released document they told me that the copyright document should be given to them. If you are a normal artist. So is it possible to copyright each of your songs? My question is to you. I tried to tell them time and time again that there is no way I can register so many audio copyrights. If there is any kind of copyright strike on my release, I will take responsibility for it. But they didn't listen to me and disabled my account. And this happened within a week of buying the subscription they didn't even refund my subscription. I never slander any company. But forced to write a few lines about them.
I had the easiest and fastest distribution experience. They are responsive and problem solver. From their CEO to help desk, everyone was respectful and helpful. I didn't have any issues with them.They are a growing company. They are competing with bigger names out there and trying to find a place for themselves. Everyone should look on the bright side of companies like this and try to be understandable. I will definitely continue to work with them.
