I submitted a substantial catalog of music, including AI-assisted tracks — which they claimed to support. But the longer I stayed, the clearer it became: this platform is a mess.Review times were painfully slow. Communication? Nonexistent. I sent multiple emails about uploads, takedowns, and AI policy changes — never got a single reply. What’s worse: after jumping through all their arbitrary hoops, they started rejecting AI-enhanced music entirely without transparency or logic. That wasn’t part of the agreement when I signed up.Eventually, I pulled everything down — but even that was an ordeal. Their takedown process was glacial, leaving songs lingering on DSPs long after removal requests. And honestly? I’m grateful I never got to the point of earning royalties through them — because now I’m seeing other artists report that Unchained Music is screwing people out of payments, redirecting royalties, or sending them to the wrong accounts.If you're serious about your music career, do not use UnchainedMusic.io. They're not just incompetent — they’re actively deceptive. Go with LANDR, Ditto, or any other real distributor that communicates and respects artists. UnchainedMusic.io is a failed experiment with shady ethics and zero accountability.

Great, had submitted a 4 star review due to trouble with song submission form. Seems the trouble was possibly with the browser I was using (Chrome). Switched to Edge, and succeeded in submitting my song. Thank you, and my experience has been great thus far. Changed review from 4 to 5 stars.
