They close me account because I study plus I have rights to take universal credit because I’m British Citizen I was in PiP and my health make me problems . I called they ask questions and they close call phone. I talked with Meneger or whatever is her naime is Ammarah she was very rude with me she says will pay me next day. Next day she close me account. If she work in that job she must now lows. I’m am allowed to study if I’m am in Universal credit. I called manny times they promise call me back but didn’t call plus they don’t give you reference number. They stress me and they aggravated me heath. I was in phone with one staff there and start cofeeng and vomit he call ambulance by phone. They abuse people with struggling with life and health.
