Then I sent three emails asking for updates and to make sure that it's canceled, including this final message asking you to please cancel. you didn't respond even until the 15th, 9 days later!?this is negligence and my bank is trying to work on this as well I hope you cooperate."This is what i had to write this company due to how they choose to operate their scammy business.
I ordered a Microsoft 365 activation code for my account but received login credentials for a completely new Microsoft account instead.Expecting customers to read through a lengthy 30-page return policy and hidden fine print just to understand what they’re actually buying is unreasonable.In short — poor transparency, misleading offer, and not worth recommending.Below was their customer service response _________________Hello,I’d like to clarify your order. On your website Microsoft 365 is presented as a license.BUT I received a username and password for Microsoft.com in the 365kit.co tenant by email.That means it is not a license! It is an account in a foreign tenant 365kit.co.It represents a big security risk. which I will definitely not take.The license for Microsoft 365 is a long key that I can register and activate in my own Microsoft tenant.It looks at least like phishing or maybe a criminal act.
