I canceled the subscription after the first box since it was just a gift. No problems at all. I still received a thank-you email and an invitation to come back in the future. The communication was friendly and not pushy. The gift was a hit, the box made a great impression. A well-designed service.

I think most of the negative comments come from people not reading carefully. All the subscription terms are stated clearly — the cost, delivery timing, and auto-renewal. I canceled my subscription after two months since I was only ordering the boxes as gifts. One email was all it took, and they confirmed my cancellation right away. No issues at all. They even thanked me for using the service. Very professional, no pressure.
This was a gift intended to be a healthy snack box. Too much sugar, too many mystery ingredients, too much processing, too little worth eating. Buy fresh fruit or vegetables instead . . . or frankly bags of real nuts, real chocolate bars, real dried fruit. Does anyone really want Banana Bread 'flavored' cashews?
My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac and I wanted to get her 1 box as a gift that’s what I thought I was doing. The next month I was billed for another box I called and the woman on the phone was rude and treated me very unprofessional I will not use this service again. I would like urthbox to be more clear for the people that do not want a subscription
I'm new to Urthbox and absolutely love their product offerings that meet my gluten free dietary needs. I also had a wonderful experience with customer support to modify a future shipment address. Shout out to Valleri for her responsiveness and friendly communications!
