I’ve tried a few subscription boxes before, but this one genuinely stands out in ways I did not expect. I discovered snacks I wouldn’t normally pick up at the store, and many of them quickly became new favorites in my daily routine. I ordered a free box, just paid shipping. They didn't deliver it when it was supposed to and when I contacted them there was nothing they could do. Then it magically got delivered. Some of the items in the box were expired and again, nothing they could do. Skip this. It's a scam in my opinion. If I had paid $60 for this box I would be so upset.

Beware-Worst experience. I ordered a 6 month subscription as a gift to my parents. The first box was half full of expired items and the other half didn't taste good. I was embarrassed. I contacted the company and asked them to immediately cancel the rest of the subscription. They took a VERY long time to reply and told me there was nothing they could do except transfer it to another person! I explained that I don't know anyone that would want expired and not good food. I asked them to confirm that they wouldn't send my parents anything else and asked for a manager to email me. Two days later I received notice that they shipped another box out!! The management team emailed me back two weeks later stating that they don't offer refunds and that to make me feel better they would, " as a courtesy" upgrade one time to the larger size box!!!!! So now my parents keep getting more and more JUNK. They have received 3 boxes so far-ALLLLLLL with expired and gross items. This is truly bad business.
I have tried for days to contact customer service about an address change and they refuse to respond to voicemails or emails. Their own obscure checkout process meant an incorrect address was pre-populated (not even mine!), but there was no way for me to see that until after checkout was complete. There is no way to reach customer service if you have any issues with this company. They take your money and run!
