After making a purchase, I had a concern with the purchase and contacted Customer Service. I received a quick response and an immediate remedy to my concern. It was a very helpful and polite experience. Can hardly wait for this gift subscription to be delivered and enjoyed by the recipient!
I ordered an UrthBox for my Father-in-Law for Father's Day. I did not think that it was a subscription since I chose 1 personal size box for 1 month - I did not see anywhere while choosing my box or checking out that said that "1 month" meant you paid 1 month at a time rather than only getting 1 month of boxes. I was charged for a second month and contacted support to get a refund. Eric explained that the "1 month" ordering still meant a subscription but was able to get a refund approved for me. I really appreciated it because the day I found out about the second charge, my Grandmother was taken to the hospital and she died two days later. I had to fly from NC to IL last minute to be with her on her last day and I appreciated that Eric was taking care of my UrthBox refund so that I didn't have to come home from the hospital with more bad news.
I placed an order at the end of July for my dad's 80th birthday and still have not received anything. I can not reach anyone over the phone and have only received an email response saying it's coming the next month. 3 months is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait and want to now cancel and get my dad something else now. Very dissapointed.
I was given a gift certificate for URTHBOX and was having trouble figuring out how much I could purchase for myself with it. I emailed the company. Eric responded to my emails. I am a senior citizen and not all that good at navigating websites (in other words, I am not complaining about the URTHBOX website). Eric responded promptly and helpfully to all my questions. Therefore, I was able to redeem the gift certificate exactly the way I hoped I would be able to. Eric did a superb job.
After reading all of the policies and FAQs, I did not think it right to pay for something in early June and get it mid July, so I contacted customer service to cancel me order. The agent was very kind and offered to expedite my order. I was also assured that I would still receive my bonus box. I will always be willing to try a company that provides excellent customer care! If my box meets expectations, Urthbox has earned a loyal customer.
10/10 experience with UrthBox and would absolutely recommend! Eric from Urthbox was very helpful with my order he was able to answer my questions in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. Boxes come filled with so many items and lots of variety! I enjoyed many new vegan protein bars, drinks, snacks and so much more!
